Key West photographer C.J. Groth has earned both artistic acclaim and commercial success with her stunning photographic images.

C.J. has both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in journalism and media communication. She also holds an M.B.A. She has been a photographer since the early 70s, but retired from the ‘real’ world in 1999 to devote full time to her art. Believing that artists should support and nurture each other,she volunteers her time on the Florida Keys Council of the Arts.

C.J.’s painterly style and unerring eye have earned her many enthusiastic collectors throughout the world. She is best known for her iconic images of Cuba and the Florida Keys. She has won awards in 11 national photographic competitions. A major art-publishing firm prints and distributes select images internationally. She maintains an ever-changing display of her work at the artists’ co-op Guild Hall Gallery, 614 Duval Street.
