Gallery 007, brainchild of Alan Kennish, owner of Key West Fine Art Photography and Printing, and Leo Gullick, local artist, opened on a trial basis during the 2006/2007 season. Alan and Leo had just finished building the new photo studio, looked around at almost 100 feet of white wall space and simultaneously realized that it would make a great gallery space. So the concept of Gallery 007 was born.
The four shows during the 2006/2007 season exceeded their wildest expectations, dispelling the notion that it would be difficult to draw a crowd from Key West to Stock Island.
